Pete has been playing guitar for over 20 years, originally started playing heavy rock. After moving to london in the early 80's, various musical projects were undertaken and this enabled him to play a diverse range of styles from
reggae to blues/jazz and fusion pop. Pete has worked with a multi-tude of respected musicians and include ex members of the Bonnie Tyler band,Gerry rafferty, bonzo dog, to name just a few. His own style is based on early influences by such artists as Dave Gilmour, Jimmy Page, Gary Moore, and latterly the "new" proffessors of the guitar, namely Satriani/Vai. He has spent alot of time doing sessions but prefers to get out and play
live where he enjoys the music the most!

Towards the late 90's, whilst taking time out to rest and "charge his batteries" (with fresh norfolk air!), he involved himself in local band RETRO, where he was an original founder member, and enjoyed local success playing many venues in E Anglia. He finds that even when he is resting he keeps himself busy!!

Recently, he has finished several projects - a three peice playing up to date grunge/pop which gigged all over the north kent area/ london. - He also
toured Europe for 6 months, with an ABBA tribute band! this was particulary demanding due to the type of music involved, but was very enjoyable too, and
played to packed venues of up to 5,000 people. ( lots of folk still remember
ABBA)!! - "dig that wig!!"

Pete has now "gone back to his roots" as he is involved playing the music he has always loved - ROCK!!
Having joined Furbawlz, he has made his contributions by blowing the dust off his old record collection and throwing such gems into the "POT" as "Rock Bottom" (by UFO), "Still in love with you"(Thin Lizzy),"Ready and
Willing"(Whitesnake). to name a few.
This is purely recreation to Pete, as is to his colleagues also. The
emphasis is on enjoying what is played and having fun in his older age!! - Mind you, that doesn't mean Pete is semi-retired - he is currently writing material for an album he hopes to record with the rest of Furbawlz, which with contacts he has built up over the years, has a likely chance of being independently released!
